Been holding onto a consulting framework that worked brilliantly three years ago but keeps me from adapting to how clients actualy think now. I've been so pressured this past week that reading this highlights what needs to go.
Even if those tools have been useful in the past, it doesn't mean it has to continue when it's not useful in the present.
