DAILY VITAMIN
You can carry a family grudge for decades and call it principle.
Nobody can wound you like the people who were supposed to be safe. And nobody gets a longer sentence from you than the people you cannot divorce.
Name honestly what the offense actually cost you.
Say out loud that you are releasing the debt.
Take one small step toward them this week.
INSPIRATIONAL STORY
The Grudge at Thanksgiving
Joseph had the legal authority to have his brothers executed, and nobody in Egypt would have blinked.
Think about the file he was holding.
They threw him in a pit and sat down to eat lunch while he screamed.
They sold him to slavers for twenty pieces of silver.
They took his coat home, soaked in goat's blood, and watched their father come apart.
Thirteen years of slavery and prison for a crime he did not commit.
And now they are on their knees in front of him, asking for grain.
Every one of us has a smaller version of this file.
What your sister said at the funeral. What your father did and never acknowledged. The money. The wedding. The thing in 2011 that everybody else has apparently forgotten.
Family grudges have a long shelf life because you can’t quit a family. You can only go quiet inside it.
After reeling and wrestling with the temptation to retaliate, Joseph embraced his brothers. And what he said was staggering: “You intended to harm me, but God intended it for good.”
He doesn’t pretend it was fine. He names the harm and doesn’t ignore it. Then he hands it over to a bigger story and stops being the victim.
That is what forgiveness is. The debt gets transferred, and it was always too heavy for you to hold.
On a cross, the one with the most right to collect said, “Forgive them,” while the nails were still going in.
Here’s your focus for today:
Name the Cost: Say honestly what the offense took from you, without minimizing it.
Release It Out Loud: Say that you are handing the debt over, even if you have to say it again tomorrow.
Take One Step: Make one small move toward the person this week.
Anchor your day in this truth: “You intended to harm me, but God intended it for good.” (Genesis 50:20)
You have carried it long enough to know the weight.
It was never yours to collect.
Set it down.
FRUIT OF THE SPIRIT

WATCH THE BIBLE COME TO LIFE
We made an anime series that takes you back to the 90s, when shadows provided visually striking contrast and movements were intricately designed in a studio. Only now, what took a team of creators years to do now takes one individual a week.
The power of Pray Production Studio isn’t in some secret cheat code. It’s that creativity now has enough tools to fully stretch its legs.
