MONDAY: Move toward the person, not just the problem.
Rules can correct behavior, but only compassionate leadership builds people back up, and real leaders close the gap between policy and presence.
TUESDAY: Stillness is where clarity begins.
Speed without direction is drift. Stillness is your film room, where God clarifies your next right move before you take it.
WEDNESDAY: Interrupt the loop before it takes over.
Old pain does not leave on its own. Naming it, interrupting the loop, and surrendering it to God is how you finally get your hands free.
THURSDAY: Recognizing pride before it costs you more.
Letting go of pride and stuck positions is not weakness but the honest first step toward the next level God has prepared for you.
FRIDAY: Own the mirror before you own the room.
Real leadership starts in the mirror. Own your patterns, reflect your values, and build people who outlast your presence in the room.
FRUIT OF THE SPIRIT
"Mourn with those who mourn." (Romans 12:15)
Devotion: Compassion in sorrow is a sacred act of kindness. Let your heart speak comfort to someone grieving today.
Action: Send flowers or a handwritten card to someone grieving.
