DAILY VITAMIN
Reliability is a love language nobody lists.
You keep planning the big gesture. They are quietly keeping score on whether you show up on an ordinary Tuesday, and that is the number that forms them.
Pick one small thing you will do every single week.
Do it on the week it is inconvenient.
Say nothing about it.
INSPIRATIONAL STORY
Be Boring on Purpose
When we think of great parenting, we think of the big moments. The road trip across the US. The extra special Christmas craft you spent days planning. The front-row tickets you scored for the basketball game.
But if you ask adults who felt loved as kids, they almost never lead with a big moment. They say things like: “My dad was always at the kitchen table by six. He never missed a family meal.” or “My mom came in every night and sat on the edge of the bed and prayed for me.” or “My dad wrestled with me on the floor of my room every night.”
There is nothing cinematic about these moments. You can’t post them. Nobody is going to compliment you for predictably putting bread in the toaster every morning.
But can I tell you that these habits are the strongest thing you will ever build into a child?
Here’s why: a kid's nervous system does not run on intensity. It runs on patterns.
Pattern is what tells a small person the world is safe enough to relax in. It’s about a thousand ordinary Tuesdays teaching a child that they can depend on you. And if they can depend on you, they can grow without anxiousness or fear.
Paul says it in a single line about stewards. Now it is required that those who have been given a trust must prove faithful.
Faithful. Faithful to show up for the boring, monotonous, and unglamorous moments.
God describes Himself with words like steadfast, and His mercies are new every morning.
Every morning. Same hour, same God, for thousands of years.
Here’s your focus for today:
Pick the One Thing: Choose a small thing you will do every week without exception.
Do It When It Costs: Show up on the week you do not feel like showing up.
Say Nothing: Let the pattern speak instead of announcing what you are doing.
Anchor your day in this truth: “Now it is required that those who have been given a trust must prove faithful.” (1 Corinthians 4:2)
Nobody will applaud this.
Your kid will build a life on it.
Be there Tuesday.

WATCH THE BIBLE COME TO LIFE
53-minute film on the Death and Resurrection of Jesus… You heard me… FIFTY THREE MINUTES!
What used to take studios over a year to produce can now be made in three weeks. But don’t be fooled by the negative nellies out there. This is still art. It requires compelling writing, editing, and storytelling. The only difference is that big studios aren’t being gatekeepers anymore.
